“Esperanza” and “Espartero” are the names of the Black Storks tagged in Spain for the project. Esperanza is an subadult bird captured in Ávila province. Espartero was captured in Salamanca province.

How does the maps works?
We are using the service provided by Google Maps.
Some tips about he maps:
- Compatibility: Only works in recent versions of Explorer, Opera, Safari and Firefox. If your browser is older please update it in order to show the maps.
- Functions: Do “double-click” on the map to center the point in the map. Click on [+] and [-] buttons to zoom in and out. Click and drag to pan the map. When click on the storks buttons you get the information about the latest known position.
